Having great training plans is important when you are planning to do a triathlon. They help prevent injuries, get you ready in all three sports, and help you prepare physically as well as mentally. But no matter how great your cycling coaching is and your plans are, if you are not following them, they will not work! You will need strong will power, and real determination to get through both the training as well as the race. Without them, you will not achieve your goals and might not even manage to finish.
It’s overwhelming to be consumed by knowledge. Instead, focus on your strengths and strive to become stronger in your existing abilities. Utilizing past knowledge is more effective than constantly pursuing new information. To gain confidence, the key is to conquer your fears.
