Give Your Best Through Colour Analysis In Looking Good

By Gerard O Donovan  December 08, 2010

Understanding how and why seasonal color analysis can enhance your life through helping you to make the best color choices is worth finding out about! Without it, even the simplest task of choosing what clothes to wear can sometimes take you forever, and even then you are not sure that they are right for you.

Color analysis plays a large part in every area of our lives: From waking up in the morning and looking at the sky, to see if it will be a good day for you, to looking at yourself to see if you look vibrant and healthy or weak and pale. In deciding if the food we eat is fresh or rotten, or if it’s healthy, leafy or not. It happens when you walk in the streets and see all things moving around you, it’s the colour that makes the world come alive.

Now let me explain how color analysis works. This is closely linked with the four seasons of the year, and in its truest form a seasonal colour palette is used to help you choose the best colors for you. It is determined by skin tone, eye colour, and hair color. Once you discover what season you are, you will effectively choose the right colour palette for you. You see, your skin tone does not change over time, so whichever season you are now, will most likely be the same throughout your lifetime. Each particular season has a different color scheme that goes with it. For example, I have cool skin tones, and look great in Summer colours, whereas my neighbour has warm skin tone and looks great in Autumn colours.

Colour analysis is best done by a qualified Colour Coach, who knows exactly what to look for. To begin with they will determine your natural hair colour and eye colour and then your skin tone. They then use special colored fabric known as “drapes” to work out your dominant characteristics and then your season. A color coach can give you more detailed advice about the colors that will fit you best. This will help you with your wardrobe selection, make-up, and even the colours of your home and the things around you. Once you get to know your colours, your life will never be the same again! You’ll save time and money by only buying the right colours of clothes, accessories and make up. Wouldn’t it be great if all the clothes in your wardrobe coordinated beautifully and gave you energy and confidence every time you wore them? What we wear and the colors that look best on us makes us feel great about ourselves. Through Color Analysis and your Color Coach you will learn how to choose the right colours that will enhance your natural beauty, boost your confidence and help you to always radiate true beauty inside and out!
